I felt like Amanda was always willing to help with any questions I had, and I had many. The whole process was a lot smoother than I expected it to be. She was very accommodating and I never felt lost at any point during the whole sales process. This was my first home I sold. I used the Cutler Cash Advantage where a partner company buys your new home so you have a place to stay before you sell your home. Then you just buy it back from the partner company. I had a really tight window as I was starting a new job out of town, so this was really helpful. It has its costs of course, but not only did Amanda help with the normal sales of the home but also with setting up the Cutler Cash Advantage too. As I said, the whole process was great.
